SOLUTION: An information providing system which provides information is provided with: an information storage part 116 where information and its relevant information are stored correspondingly to each other; a user information storage part 118 where terminal specifying information to specify a prescribed terminal and individual designation information to designate relevant information are stored correspondingly to each other; and an information provider 100 which extracts specific individual designation information from a plurality of individual designation information correlated to a plurality of terminal specifying information to generate common designation information and selects and displays information from the information storage part 116 on the basis of common designation information.
