<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to speed-up of radiography or improvement of the quality of an image. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a radiation source 1 for radiating a radiation beam, a radiation detector 3 for detecting the radiation beam 2 from the radiation source 1 with two-dimensional space resolution, rotation means 5, 6 for relatively rotating a test body 4 in the radiation beam 2, and a re-formation means 9 for forming a three-dimensional image of the test body 4 by reversely projecting multidirectional two-dimensional transmission data of the test body 4 obtained by the radiation detector 3 during rotation by the rotation means 5, 6, with a calculation loop in the rotation axis direction inside a calculation loop in one or more directions roughly parallel respectively to the plane of rotation of each volume element of the three-dimensional image.</p> |
