CHARGE CONTROLLING AGENT, TONER FOR DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE, IMAGE AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING CHARGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for development of an electrostatic charge image which has fixing property and offset resistance in a wide temperature range, which is excellent in environmental resistance (stability of the electrification characteristics against changes in temperature and humidity), storage stability (stability with time of the electrification characteristics) and durability (stability of the electrification characteristics when the toner is repeatedly used) and with which a stable toner image can be obtained. SOLUTION: The charge controlling agent contains a nonbenzenoid aromatic compound expressed by formula (1) as an effective component, and the toner for development of an electrostatic charge image contains that charge controlling agent. The charge controlling agent is used for the method for controlling charges.
