ADVERTISING MEDIA TRANSMISSION SYSTEM, AND SYSTEMS FOR OBSERVING EARTHQUAKE, WEATHER, AND ENVIRONMENT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To project advertisement contents on many (screen board) arranged in a city using CS or the like a host server of a projection center, to decide distribution areas according to a request for the advertisement from a client, and to provide a seismic observation system and a weather/environment observation system which are inexpensive and efficient. SOLUTION: Advertisement media data are transmitted from a transmitter device to lots of receiver devices via a communication satellite as a relay station. Each receiver device discriminates a data to receive by ID information, and projects a video by the advertisement data on a screen. Since an earthquake sensor or a weather sensor, and an environment sensor are arranged on a steel pole erected on the ground at the receiver device at the same time, it is possible to perform seismic observation and weather/environment observation inexpensively and efficiently.
