摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock-absorbing structure that can protect a battery electrode or the like in the cover at car collision. SOLUTION: On the outside face of a cover 18 protecting a battery, plural ribs 19 for shock absorbing are arranged. The plural ribs 19 are arranged in parallel. The plural ribs 19 may be intersected with each other in a latticed condition. Inside face side of the cover 18, a shock-absorbing protrusion 20, which knocks up against a fixation member 11 engaged with an electrode 10 of the battery, is arranged. The protrusion 20 is made into a ring-shape, and the top part of the electrode is housed into the protrusion. The gap between the protrusion 20 and the fixation member 11 is made smaller than the gap between the electrode 10 and the cover 18. The plural ribs 19 and the protrusion 20 are arranged symmetrically. The plural ribs 19 are coupled by a swelling-out portion 21 of the cover. The swelling-out portion 21 may be protruded at about the same height as the ribs 19.
