PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a resistor which does not require resistance value adjustment on the side of a user for an SEPP circuit. SOLUTION: A first semiconductor device (51) and a second semiconductor device (52) constituting the SEPP circuit are connected serially. Between the control terminal of a first amplifying element (53) of the first semiconductor device (51) and the control terminal of a second amplifying element (55) of the second semiconductor device (52), a diode (54) for temperature compensation is connected serially with a first resistor (58) and a second resistor (59). Since the sum of the product of a current (ID) to flow to the diode (54) and the resistance value (R1) of the first resistor (58) and the terminal voltage (VF1) of the diode (54) is higher than the threshold (VTH1) of the first amplifying element (53) by a fixed level (V0), and since the product of the current (ID) to flow to the second resistor (59) and the resistance value (R2) of the second amplifying element (55) is lower than the threshold (VTH2) of the second amplifying element (55) by the fixed level (V0), an idling current of a fixed value flows to the first and second amplifying elements (53 and 55).
