PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving incinerator which can efficiently burn an object to be incinerated without emitting detrimental exhaust gas. SOLUTION: An object 5 to be incinerated is located at an inner upper side of a combustion chamber 3. A cylindrical re-combustion chamber 6 having an inflow port 39 for flowing in a combustion gas in the chamber 3 is disposed in a transverse direction. A burner is attached to a base end side 30 of the chamber 6. The combustion gas flowed into the chamber 6 through the port 39 is re-combusted by the flames of the burner, and the re-combustion gas is emitted from the other end side 29 of the chamber 6.
