PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of a motor shaft capable of easily performing the thrust adjustment thereof at any time to increase workability. SOLUTION: The armature shaft 16 of a geared motor 10 supports a thrust load by a resin cap at the tip part 20A of a worm gear 20 connected to the tip thereof. The resin cap 30 is engaged with a thrust adjusting screw 32 fitted to a female screw 28A formed in the internal surface of the shaft hole 28 of a motor housing 18 to be positioned inside the shaft hole 28. Also a scale 36 is provided on the outer surface of the motor housing 18. Thus, the thrust adjustment can be easily performed at any time by rotating a thrust adjusting screw 32 while visually observing the scale 36 to move the resin cap 30 in the direction of installation of a worm gear 20.
