PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design property management system, which enables a design property developer and a design resource user to exchange information without being conscious of each other and can provide various information for a person who requires it without any omission, and its developer retrieving method. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a diversion-destination retrieving means 111 which manages together circuit data 106 of design properties, a diversion-destination list 107 where the developers of the circuit data are entered, and original design property names 109 where the original design property names of the circuit data are entered and retrieves users of the individual design properties, a developer retrieving means 112 which retrieves developers of the individual design properties, and an information transmission means 113 which transmits information according to the information retrieved by the diversion- destination retrieving means and developer retrieving means. |
