PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio equipment that can more effectively and simply utilize various methods developed to efficiently use the TCP, which is protocol having been substantially created at the supposition of use in a wired line, for a wireless line. SOLUTION: A radio terminal 100 informs a server 103 being a communication opposite party about a radio line number/option number to request a desired option via a radio base station 101 and a network 102. The server 103 refers to a correspondence table on the basis of the radio link number/option number to obtain concrete contents of parameter revision corresponding to the radio link number/option number. The server 103 checks whether or not the option with the obtained contents is available and informs the radio terminal 100 about the result. If the desired option is not available, the radio terminal 100 informs the server 103 about invalidation of the option request.
