PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric power by capturing a change of wave height as a change in buoyancy via a buoyant body and transmitting this change as rotation motion to a generator by means of a transmitter. SOLUTION: The buoyant body is fixed to an arm arranged in the transmitter, and the transmitter is connected to the generator.
