PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of omission of memory release, when a software is actually operated. SOLUTION: Memory use history (16) of the software (12) is stored, when the software (12) is executed, and the omission of memory release is discriminated to be generated when tendency that use quantity increases for a time which is longer than cycles of normal increase and decrease of the use quantity due to a processing according to the software (ST4 and ST5). The tendency for increase in the use quantity is discriminated based on the minimum values (M1, M2 and M3) by each prescribed analysis period, for example, in the use history. Instead, the tendency is also detected by regression analysis by each prescribed analysis period in the usage history.
