PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching apparatus, in which a stroke amount of a lever from an ON guarantee position to a limit position of rotation of a switch can be increased and an assembling workability of equipment can be improved. SOLUTION: At a circular part 3a of a lever 3, a protrusion 31, which forms a maximum amount of protrusion from an upper edge of a concave portion 5a while the lever 3 rotates from a non-rotating position to an ON guarantee position b, is placed. The protrusion 31 is formed so that the maximum protruding point that has been formed by the protrusion 31 is positioned leaning to the forward position of a rotating direction from an end portion 3b of the circular part 3a. Thereby, a set region d2 becomes larger than the one in the conventional arts so that the positioning arrangement of an actuating member 14 becomes easier and the assembling workability of equipment is improved.
