The invention concerns a device for backbone osteosynthesis comprising a bone anchoring element (10), a linking rod for linking said anchoring element with other anchoring elements, and intermediate element (40), a swivel linkage (122, 50) between the intermediate element first part (41) and the bone anchoring element (10), a clamping linkage (43) between the intermediate element second part and the intervertebral linking rod, and means (20, 60) for locking the swivel and the clamping linkages. The invention is characterised in that the clamping linkage consists of a clip (43) with two branches (43a, 43b) laterally adjusted from the swivel and open opposite same; the means for locking the clamping linkage acts on said branches in the region of their free ends so as to stress the latter towards each other. The invention is useful in particular for the off-centre fixing of an intervertebral rod on a standard bone implant normally receiving said rod in its axis. |
