Slag of alumothermal production of ferrotitanium or chromate slime won in processing of chromate ore can be used in the capacity of waste of metallurgical process. Prepared pulp is used to fill double layer basalt-titanium slag-casting reactor-container, pulp is heated to 200 C with the use of SHF energy and isothermal curing of mixture at fixation temperature is conducted. Then obtained polycrystalline cement matrix is cooled in the course of 1.0- 2.0 h.
