SUBSTANCE: device has body with internal taper bearing surface with guide cages in it, gripping slips with dies and suspensions. Device also has centralizer, rising platform with holders and spring-loaded crossbar installed on platform. Changeable centering stops for each type-size of casing couplings are adapted for installation with a clearance between slips for securing in centralizer and guide cages and made with beveled internal surface in direction of centralizer through a hole. Distance from raised crossbar to centering stops is less than length of casing coupling. Guide inserts for slips for pipes of large diameters with taper bearing surface are adapted for location between slips with a clearance, by embracing rectangular guide rods. Guide inserts have grooves to receive external projections of neighboring slips. Grooves and external projections of slips are parallel to generator of taper bearing surface running through middle of slips. Device has changeable holders for small-diameter pipes which are adapted for installation inside through hole of rising platform. Toothed surface of slips and dies in upper part are tapered for engagement with ends of casing couplings with incline of not less than 30 dwg relative to planes of end faces. EFFECT: provision of centering of pipe upper end in pipe connection, turning of device with slips for large-diameter pipes, gripping of small- and large diameter pipes by one device, turning of device for gripping of said pipes, extended gripping of casing couplings by slips. 4 cl, 14 dwg |
