PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet where a plating and a dazzling resistance of a hot dip zinc-aluminum alloy plated steel sheet are improved. SOLUTION: The plating is applied in plating bath composed by mass% of 3.1-20% Al, 0.5-10% Mg and if necessary, 0.1-2.0% Si and/or 0.1-10%, Sn and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities, and after wiping with nitrogen or the air, the water-cooling is performed to form the roughing surface having the arbitrary surface roughness and thus, the plated steel sheet excellent in the dazzling resistance and corrosion resistance can be obtained.
