PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from entering a recessed part of a plug receptacle when excess water is poured and the water overflows a container and flows along an apparatus body by inclining an outer periphery of the plug receptacle toward the body side. SOLUTION: A projection part 23a of the plug receptacle 23 is projected from the body 22, and a cutout part 23b is provided between the projection part 23a and the body 22. Thereby, momentum of the flowing water is attenuated by the projection part 23a so as to prevent the water from flowing over a step, and adhering of water in the recessed part 25 can be inhibited.
