PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe and strong coating-peeling agent, and to provide a container and a device which are used, when the coating-peeling agent is used. SOLUTION: This coating-peeling agent comprises dimethylsulfoxide heated at a temperature of 35 to 189 deg.C. Preferably, the coating-peeling agent is added with methylcellulose or polyolefin glycol as a thickener. The coating-peeling agent container capable of maintaining the temperature of the dimethylsulfoxide at >=35 deg.C, comprises a heat source or an ultrasonic wave irradiation device, and a thermometer or a thermostat. The coating-peeling device for coating a target with the heated dimethylsulfoxide is provided.
