PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic treatment apparatus utilizing magnets in order to activate the fluid in a fluid flow pipe and holding the outside of the pipe by two pairs of the magnets to build key locking mechanisms in both of them to achieve an antitheft function. SOLUTION: Two pairs of mutually independent powerful magnets are arranged so as to hold the pipe and the pawls and springs of antitheft key locks are provided in the magnets to make it possible to freely mount the magnets on the pipe at any position in a close contact state. Flux density lowers generally at the time of arrangement but a structure not changing flux density at all is obtained.
