PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of dissolving detergent. SOLUTION: A path wall 23a of a water supplying device 25 is formed like a volute casing and the water is spread in the form of a conical tube from a water discharge section 24 and is supplied to a detergent receiver 26. The detergent receiver 26 is in hemispheric form and the water supplied from the center of its top forms a stream which reverses up and down in the detergent receiver 26. A filter 30 is provided in the center of the bottom of the detergent receiver 26 and another filter 31 is provided on its side. On the other hand, no filter is provided on the top of the detergent receiver 26.
