POUCH WITH POUR-OUT PORT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch with a pour-out port wherein a side gusset pouch with the pour-out port mounted has a horizontal section which is as close to a square as possible and has improved self-supporting ability, holding properties or the like. SOLUTION: The pouch with the pour-out port comprises a gusset-type pouch body comprising respective members each of which is structured of a laminate with heat-sealability at least on one of surfaces, a flange on an upper opening end of the pouch body, and a pour-out port body to be fused to the upper end opening of the pouch body wherein the body is fused to one side of the flange. The pour-out port body has an adhesive base to be attached to the inside of the pouch body on one of sides of the elongated boat-shaped flange, while it has a pour-out port cylinder which is located outside the pouch when mounted on the pouch. In this case, the horizontal section is circular except a part equipped with a nipple protrusion at a region where an extension of an upper seal of the pouch body of the adhesive base is in contact. A diameter of a standard circle including a summit of the nipple protrusion when viewed from a base does not exceed 1.3 times of the diameter of the circle of the horizontal cross section.
