摘要	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car capable of being assembled safely from the inside the car. SOLUTION: The elevator car is composed of a car floor 1 and a plurality of side plates installed upright along the peripheral edge of the floor, and in either one of adjacent two side plates 4c and 4d, a hole 11 is provided to serve the fastening operation to the other side plate for allowing access of the hand when the elevator car 10 is to be assembled, and the side plates 4c and 4d are coupled together and fastened by bolt 12 and nut 13 by inserting the hand through the hole 11. A facial decoration board 15 is attached to the corner part C1 formed between two side plates 4d and 4c.
