PURPOSE:To easily prevent deterioration and to prolong service life by coating aluminum nitride powder with a slightly soluble film. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum nitride powder having about 10mum average particle diameter is coated with a slightly soluble film of Al2O3, etc., in 0.1-10mum coating thickness to produce microcapsules for concrete. These microcapsules are added to a slurry of starting materials such as ordinary Portland cement by 0.001-1wt.%. After uniform dispersion, the slurry is poured into a mold and cured to produce the concrete contg. the microcapsules for concrete. |
