The liquid ink cartridge, which applies on those the pen tip are same direction with its pen clip or has no cap to cover pen tip. Comprise a labyrinth groove feed bar at top, a vacuum valve, a pen tip valve and a valve rod, which go through all to change each own open and close. By pushin g or twist action to change valves result as unused state: the pen tip valve close ink path and t he vacuum valve opens to breed expansion air. And as writing state: the vacuum valve closed to create vacuum to hold ink in tube and the pen tip valve open ink to pen tips and to air breeder which bleeds through a path to top labyrinth groove feed bar to balance pressure. The same also applies in absorbable material ink cartridge for same type pens.
