PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear seat occupant with suitable usage of an image display unit. SOLUTION: The image display unit D provided with an image display part Da is installed in an installation part 21 partitioned on a console lid 12. Since this console lid 12 faces a forward side of a rear seat when it is moved to a substantially vertical open position, the image display part Da of the image display unit D is directed toward the rear seat side for providing the rear seat occupant with suitable view of picture images or projected images displayed in the image display part Da. An armrest part 22 capable of covering and exposing the image display unit D is arranged on an upper face of the console lid 12, and when the lid 12 is moved to the open position, the image display unit D is exposed by moving the armrest part 22.
