PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading packaging material capable of keeping mechanical strength such as tensile strength, tear strength or the like along with conventional impact resistance even if reduced in thickness. SOLUTION: The packaging material is a multilayered film of which the respective layers comprise a resin material based on an ethylene/1-hexene copolymer polymerized using a single site catalyst, containing 4-15 wt.% of a 1-hexane structural unit and having a melt flow rate of 0.3-5 g/10 min and a density of 0.89-0.94 g/cm3 and consists of (A) a heat seal layer, (B) a shading layer containing a shading compounding agent and (C) an outer layer arranged outside the shading layer and containing a white compounding agent.
