VEHICULAR FRONT CAR BODY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight vehicular front car body structure excellent in car body rigidity. SOLUTION: A dash panel member 1 composed of a tubular member is joined in the car width direction to an upper part of a dash panel 3. Both ends of the dash panel member 1 enter all the way on the inside of a side panel 4 to be extended up to a side sill 5 in the vehicle downward direction along a door opening part to be joined in respective parts. An instrument panel member 2 composed of a tubular member having both ends positioned in the vicinity of the side panel 4 is joined in the car width direction to the dash panel member 1. A central part of this instrument panel member 2 is formed in a projecting almost U shape in the vehicle downward direction, and a lower end part of the U-shape is joined to a floor panel 6. A reinforcing member 11 is joined to an upper part of the U shape.
