<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for correctly estimating a time necessary for the work from the reception of an order to the shipping, or a termination time of the work under the consideration of various elements. SOLUTION: In the execution of a series of shipping works from the reception of an order on a merchandise to be shipped by picking the ordered merchandise and shipping the same in a working field such as a physical distribution center for receiving orders of various merchandises and shipping the same, (a) each worker produces the data base by accumulating the data on the contents of the work and the time necessary for each work as the result data on each work with respect to various shipping works executed by plural workers, (b) the recent work result data relating to a specific work by a specific worker is extracted from the data base, (c) a time necessary for the worker to execute the specific work is simulated, and (d) a time necessary from the start of the reception of the order or the picking work to the shipping for each shipping district, or a time necessary for the shipping from the middle of the picking work is estimated on the basis of (a)-(c).</p> |
