PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique related to a printing controller and a printing system whereby rasterization can be made efficient. SOLUTION: In printing a plurality of kinds of objects PT1-PT3 to be printed, rasterize data for a plurality of pages PG1-PG10 including a common page (a PG7 and the like) common to the plurality of kinds of the objects are stored beforehand in a rasterize data-storing part of this printing controller. A rasterize data-generating part of the printing controller generates rasterize data of each of the plurality of kinds of the objects by extracting rasterize data corresponding to each page of each of the objects to be printed from the rasterize data- storing part on the basis of page constitution information for the plurality of kinds of the objects PT1-PT3. The technique does not require to duplicately carry out a rasterization development process in relation to the common page and therefore is efficient.
