PURPOSE:To convert general numbering information into sufficient and required number, by eliminating numerals of unnecessary digits for exchange connection, when the general numbering information at a terminal having a sensor is transmitted to a non-calling trunk of an incoming station from a center, in a telemeter using the public telephone network. CONSTITUTION:In telemetring meters M1-M3 from a telemeter center TC, the information calling the on-calling trunk NRT of an exchange LS2 is given from a center device CD to a center network controller C-NCU, this information is converted into a PB dial signal for connection and transmitted to an exchange LS1. Thus, the center TC is connected to the trunk NRT of the exchange LS1 and LS2, and the device C-NCU transmits the telephone numbers (toll number, local number and subscriber number) of a line of the sensor S acommodating the meters M1-M3 with the PB dial signal. The trunk NRT receives the signal for processing, and transfers the numerals having required number of digits for exchange connection to an incoming register and a marker of the exchange LS2 for connection. |
