PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can form a top coat film excellent in adhesion on a base material of a polyolefin resin, peel the coating film easily from a waste molding coated with the top coat film, and recycle the polyolefin resin molding free from impurities. SOLUTION: In a method, a primer composition containing a polymer 1,000-5,000,000 in weight average molecular weight which is soluble in an organic solvent and in which alcoholysis or hydrolysis occurs in substituents of side chains or part of the main chain by ultrasonic irradiation in the presence of a protonic solvent and an organic solvent as main components is applied on the polyolefin molding, and the coated molding coated further with the top coat film is immersed in an alcoholic solvent and irradiated with ultrasonic waves, so that the coating film is peeled off from the molding.
