PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating therapeutic apparatus capable of appropriately regulating pressure and flow regardless of the type of an applicator. SOLUTION: An external arrangement part, not inserted in a patient's body, of the lumen applicator 2 is provided with a by-pass tube 30 for connecting a first duct 25 to a second duct 27, and a duct resistance lowering means 31 for lowering duct resistance when feeding fluid from a cooling water return mechanism part 7 to the lumen applicator 2 by allowing the fluid to flow out of the first duct 25 to the second duct 27 via the by-pass tube 30 when feeding the fluid.
