PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain normal-temperature distributable raw noodles preservable at a normal temperature for a long period of time, capable of excellently maintaining delicateness and elasticity immediately after production and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The normal-temperature distributable Chinese noodles have 15 wt.% to 30 wt.% water content, 0.80-0.85 Aw and are obtained by heat sterilization treatment after packing and sealing in a container. |
