<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-hard cutting blade with a precise marking thereon so that a blade itself can be identified when it is used in cutting a die and a component by using a machine tool without causing any defects such as a small crack on the cutting blade of various materials and shapes. SOLUTION: In the super-hard cutting blade with the marking for identification with a base material thereof being high-speed tool steel, cemented carbide, cermet or ceramic, a portion including a location to be marked is coated, the thickness of the coating film is 300 nm or above, and the marking is performed using the laser beam above the coating film.</p> |
