<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation card wherein the latest reservation content can be easily read and a repeatedly rewritable displaying means is provided. SOLUTION: A rewriting paper 5 is arranged on the surface of the reservation card. The reservation content such as examination is printed on this rewriting paper 5. When receipt of the examination is completed, the printing is erased and when a new reservation is received, it is renewed and is printed. As the reservation content is readably displayed on the surface, the reservation content is understood without referring to data base 3. It is also possible to input further more reservation information by providing a magnetic recording medium in the reservation card 1.</p> |
