<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biodegradable weed preventing sheet comprising a Cocos nucifera fiber as an essential constituent fiber, capable of developing a natural calm and slow biodegradability, enduring a mechanical tension in extension of laying operation when applied in surface treatment of a bank slope, and consequently not allowing entering weed seeds, capable of preventing of weeds, and to provide a method for preventing germinating and growing of weeds by using the same. SOLUTION: This biodegradable weed preventing sheet is characterized by forming the biodegradable sheet containing Cocos nucifera fiber as an essential constituent fiber into a sheetlike form.</p> |
