PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for fixing a sunshade capable of preventing the noise caused by the fluttering of the sunshade or the like and simplifying the operation in setting. SOLUTION: This fastener 10 for fixing the sunshade is composed of a holder mounted on a drawing-out side edge part of the sunshade 12, and a retainer 20 mounted on a ceiling part 18 in a cabin for retaining the holder 14, and a locking pawl 44 projecting from a plate spring piece 40 of the holder 14 is locked in a hook part 80 of the retainer 20 in a state that a projecting part 38 of the holder 14 is inserted into an opening part 78 of the retainer 20.
