PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a molding die having a long life even when used for forming glass under high temperature. SOLUTION: Mold parent material is provided in a vacuum container and plasma particles are deposited on the mold parent material to deposite a film by generating arc plasma around the mold parent material by applying voltage to a solid target with >=2 kinds of noble metals selected from platinum, ruthenium, rhenium, osmium, iridium, rhodium, palladium as the solid target. |
