PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject sheet capable of adding to food a design or message appropriate for time, place and occasion. SOLUTION: This edible sheet is such one as to be used for food decoration, food roll or the like. The method for producing the sheet comprises (1) a process of producing plain edible sheets, (2) a presswork to print a given design or message on the edible sheets using an edible ink, (3) a fixing process to fix the edible ink to the edible sheets through heating the sheets at a high temperature or spraying them with steam and (4) a process to pull out or cut, depending on use, the edible sheets fixed with the edible ink. |
