An invention relates to a gate structure applicable in construction of garages, storehouses and other buildings and enclosures. The structure includes gate leaves 1 and 2, locking mechanism 3 and hinges 4, each of the latter being included in a gate leaf position adjusting mechanism 5. Said mechanism 5 is arranged in a vertical part 6 of the leaf frame that is made of a rectangular pipe or has recesses formed therein, and it is provided for an easy and simple adjusting the position of the gate leaves during both mounting and operation thereof, adjusting being possible in all three dimensions. The gate leaf position adjusting mechanism shown in detail in fig.2 includes two hinge plates 8 and 9 having a pivot connection with a fixing rod 7. The hinge plate 8 is secured with gate pole or a wall. The hinge plate 9 is secured with the vertical part 6 of the leaf frame by a double-ended flat fork 10, the both lateral surfaces whereof having protrusions 11 and 12. On one of the perpendicular lateral surfaces there is formed, commensurable in size with the width of the hinge plate 9, a transverse recess 13 with a threaded hole 14 in its central portion. The fork 10 is equipped with two washers 15 which are arranged on one side of the lateral surface of the fork 10 abutting against the corresponding ends of the protrusion 11. Rectangular nuts 16 are arranged on the other side of the lateral surface of the fork 10 abutting against the corresponding ends of the protrusion 12. An elongated opening 17 providing a horizontal positioning is formed in the hinge plate 9. The both surfaces of the washer 15 and the mutually contacting surfaces of the rectangular nut 16 and fork 10 are corrugated with grooving 18. In the vertical part 6 of the leaf frame there is formed a slot 19 for securing the hinge plate 9 with the double-ended fork, said slot 19 being wider than the hinge plate 9 at a length of possible vertical positioning. The double-ended fork 10 of the gate leaf position adjusting mechanism is secured with the vertical part of the gate leaf frame by two bolts 20 passing through the holes in the washers 15 and rectangular nut 16. The hinge plate 9 is secured with the double-ended fork 10 by a bolt 21. |
