PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing substitute wood plate and a plate structure are provided to reduce a cost as well as to provide the plate of lightweight, hard and capable of assembling easily by forming an outer layer into an un-foam layer and an inner layer into a foam layer to absorb a noise using a waste plastic. CONSTITUTION: A waste synthetic resin such as a plastic, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. is ground and a forming agent(hydrazine derivatives) of 0.1wt %, an accelerant(amine) of 0.1wt %, a stabilizer(hindered amide) of 0.1wt % are mixed at the ground waste synthetic resin. A mixed compound is extruded and formed through an extruder(1) and a mold(2). The inner layer(4) is foamed by a bubbler(3) and becomes a sponge. The waste synthetic resin such as a plastic, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. is ground and an ultraviolet interception agent of 0.1wt % is mixed at the ground waste synthetic resin. The mixed compound is extruded and formed through an extruder(5) and the mold(2) to have an outer layer(6) of an un-foam. A side of the inner layer and the side of the outer layer are contacted and transferred, and the plate of dome shape is completed through a sizing of the transferred inner layer and outer layer. The completed plate is cooled rapidly and is heated by a heater(9) and is manufactured by a transcription of a pattern to the outside of the outer layer(6).
