PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such ceramics which are disposable, can make, without excess or shortage, the mineral water similar to springs of hot springs of various places stably for a long period of time simply by putting the ceramics into a cartridge, etc., and bringing the ceramics into contact with the hot water without mixing a fixed quantity of powder, etc., therewith and does not contaminate the surroundings. SOLUTION: The ceramics which stably elutes the mineral water is constituted by normalizing the moldings consisting of various kinds of mineral salts included in the mineral water, clays, organic combustible granular materials and frits as chief materials for a prescribed time at 520 to 680 deg.C.
