PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility and the alarming property of a stroboscopic lamp for a vehicle by emitting light of a plurality of stroboscopic lights installed on the vehicle with an emission pattern fitted to a vehicle traveling situation and the vehicle circumferential environment. SOLUTION: A light emission pattern is set in a microcomputer 10 executing by selecting a plurality types of emission patterns by an automatic emission means 11, the same or original emission pattern is manually set by a manual emission means 12 so that an emission pattern fitted to the vehicle traveling situation and the vehicle circumferential environment is selected by the both automatic and manual means so as to emit the light of the stroboscopic lamps 3. Xenon lamps are used for the stroboscopic lamps 3 and the emission luminance is changed in a plurality of stages along with the selection of the emission patterns.
