PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster for external use preventing worsening of appearance, soiling of clothes and a lowering of drug utilization efficiency caused by the exudation of drug in an adhesive layer to the outside of a support body and, suppressing the transpiration of moisture and evaporative components in the adhesive layer by using the support body with water-vapor permeability in a specific range while making a cooling effect or compress effect durable for a long time, and further preventing the occurrence of skin stimulation such as stuffiness, rash, itch and red spots to extremely improve safety and hygiene and moreover having an excellent feeling of use. SOLUTION: This skin adhesion type plaster is prepared by laminating an adhesive layer containing moisture, on one side face of a film-like or sheet-like support body, and the support body is formed to have water-vapor permeability in a rage of 2,800-4,400 g/m2.24 hr by laminating a plurality of cloth pieces, partially bonding them and controlling the bonded area.
