An essentially L-shaped tubular part (3) joined to the coupling casings (2) for attaching the mixer fitting connection parts has the sections joined to the casings extending towards each other in a first position. During mounting or removal of the mixer fitting, these sections can be swung into a second position relative to the wall-mounted washer plate (1) part of the fastener, exposing the screw holes (4) located in the region between the casings. In the first position the outer free end sections of the L-shaped part are separated by a distance essentially equal to the distance between the inlet pipes for hot and cold water intended to be connected to the mixer fitting. The fastener ensures that the distance between the connection parts of the mixer fitting is greater than the distance between the inlet pipes for hot and cold water, and comprises a wall-mountable washer and a coupling casing securable to the washer. At least two holes for screws or the like are provided in the washer plate. The casing allows the attachment of a connection part of the mixer fitting. |
