TWO-WAY CYLINDER FOR A SNOW-GUN ASSEMBLY

The hydraulic cylinder comprises an internal fluid reservoir, a manual pump and a piston which is connected between the support post and the pivoting tower of a snow gun assembly. A fluid routing assembly, comprising a valve body having fluid passageways and a manually rotatable distributor positioned in the body, functions to route fluid so as to: (1) pump the pist on up; or (2) pump it down (to raise or lower the tower); or (3) to lock the piston. The fluid routing assembly is further operative to permit the tower to free fall in the course of the pump down mode.
