PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the data burglary preventing system of a computer capable of preventing the data or information of a computer from being stolen by enciphering or decoding data transmission and reception between a computer main body (arithmetic processing storage part) and peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a function for enciphering and decoding the transmission and reception of information and data between the arithmetic processing storage part of a computer and external peripheral equipment.
