PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card issue system which can flexibly and dynamically constitute and change facilities for issuing, printing and packaging cards. SOLUTION: Each of the card issuing, card printing and card packaging machines consists of controllers 8 and 15 which have the program area and operate by the loaded program respectively and the card running line parts 9, 13, 20 and 22 which have the card issuing, function printing function and packaging function respectively. The controllers 8 and 15 are connected to a processor 1 that gives job indications in a switchable way during the system operation via connectors 4 and 16. The controllers 8 and 15 are also connected to the parts 9, 13, 20 and 22 of the card issuing, printing and packaging machines respectively in a switchable way during the system operation via connectors 16 and 19. |
