SOLUTION: This article purchase assisting method which assists an article retrieved in the virtual store at an actual store has a step for storing on a recording medium an article information for identifying the article retrieved by article retrieval service at the virtual store and a step for retrieving and displaying the position of the actual store of the article shown by the article information stored on the recording medium by referring to an article information database showing the position of the article in the actual store.
